Vampire Teeth Necklace

I'm so obsessed with this necklace, but I simply can't justify the price tag! It's $222 (US dollars) at Fat4.com and every day I just pray I somehow misread the cost or that the Australian dollar price really converts to $50 US. Anyone know of a cheaper version (that isn't sold out) or perhaps know how much it would cost to have a silversmith make this?
