Most maxi dresses I've seen have empire waists and a looser bodice - way too overwhelming for my petite frame! This is a great, simple dress by James Perse that reminds me more of a column than a long babydoll. Plus it's on sale at Tobi for only $64!

I have a hard time finding baggy loose fitting clothes that don't overwhelm my petite frame as well. I do love James Perse though. I saw that haute look is having a sample sale today and tomorrow for his collection. I can't wait.
