Drawstring Beach Tunic

I've been looking for an affordable caftan to use as a beach cover up, yet they all seem to cost at least $125! This is when I realized that by just calling the piece a "caftan" people can charge more (those sneaky devils!). So I went looking for a caftan-like top and found this one at Victoria's Secret for $38. It also comes in dark purple, bright green and orange.
