Label to Watch: Minimarket

Minimarket, designed by Scandinavian sisters Sofie, Pernilla and Jennifer Elvestedt, is definitely an up and coming label to watch! The trio was selected by Swedish Elle and H&M to be the best new designer label of the year 2006. They say all three of them have different tastes and that blending them together into something cohesive is what inspires them. The style feels like of mix of girly retro and quirky edge - I would compare to perhaps Karen Walker or Marc by Marc Jacobs!

For fall '09 they had wedge ankle boots (covet!!), pleated tapered pants, and edgy buckle embellishments. You can currently buy some of these pieces at Revolve Clothing, Acrimony, Pixie Market and Asos, but I want MORE! Hopefully more stock will be picked up for spring because that shark top is to die for, as are their candy colored accessories. Their bright blue wedge boots are already sold out on Pixie Market, sigh.

It said in your profile that you like video games? Out of curiosity do you own any systems? And if so are you looking forward to any of the new games about to come out? By the way, I love how organized your site is... if you could give me some tips or pointers on how to improve my blogger site like yours that would be greatly appreciated.

Hey there! I do love video games, I own a Xbox 360, PS3 and Wii :O I guess I'm excited for Uncharted to come out next.
I love your cosplay pictures, I was actually Zero Suit Samus for Halloween this year, ha.
I believe I Googled how to make a two column template in Blogger three, it takes some CSS changes, I'll check to see if I can find the tutorial again.

REVERSE, the sale section of Revolve, also has a few MiniMarket items. (I love them too!) LMK if you need an invite.
