Couple Justin Thornton and Thea Bregazzi must have a dream marriage if their relationship is as harmonious as their clothing! Preen attracts the artistic, Downtown crowd - those who want to look sophisticated but with an edge. I don't know if I would call them up and coming, but other people do (hel-LO they,re been showing since 2006!) and the label is definitely one to watch! Inspired by Egyptian architecture, this Preen collection had a similar airy, neutral palette I've been seeing a lot of so far this week - pale blues, creams, blushes, and khakis are reigning supreme! The pieces ranged from uber-structured to flowy, but all kept a chic minimalism about them. There was some interesting apron-like / drop waist details and back peplums, back cut outs as well. Great texture as well, how does one have so much going while remaining minimal? Total magic!
