The last day of All Access Fashion at Tysons Galleria was an all-day extravaganza of fashion shows! I only caught the last three shows, but it was super fun! A little strange seeing the current season on the runway - definitely made me want to go shopping!!
I wore a purple Necessary Objects tee, my new Alice + Olivia leather skirt, my mom's denim button-down from Eddie Bauer, mauve tights courtesy of Spanx and my beloved Belle by Sigerson Morrison wedges!
I first caught Karen Millen, who I discovered while perusing ASOS one day! She's known for exquisite tailoring, structured draping, coats and eveningwear, and feminine details! This season she has lots of military-style items, great animal prints, and my favorite, asymmetrical necklines!
I got to see the lovely Capitol Fashionista, looking fabulush as usual. Check out all my show pictures here:
The clothes were fun, lots of denim but I saw some leather paneled leggings I coveted! Also, some pieces from the game, Retail Therapy, which amused me to no end! Check out everything here:
Finally was Betsey Johnson. Right before the show began, these two fraggin' adorable girls were walking up and down the runway, modeling! So cute!
You may recall that I went to the Spring 2011 Betsey Johnson show in NYC last month, so I was a little worried that I'd be snotty and unimpressed. Luckily, they totally had the right vibe - high energy and whimsical! Sure there wasn't an insane light show or the designer herself doing cartwheels on the runway, but the models were obviously having fun and so did I!
Wearing Betsey Johnson always guarantees maximum attention!! I died over the temporary tattoos applied to the back of the models legs to look like hose seams! I had to run to the store right after to get them!! Check out all the pictures here:
