Yesterday I was looking for a un-boring one piece suit that supports an ample chest and has ruching on the tummy area to cover any bulges. I found this Lisa Curran one, which is almost perfect except it doesn't come in enough fun colors. But at least it isn't black, right? It was even voted top-fitting one-piece by the "New York Times" and has a shelf bra for support. Buy at Saks for $165.

Zig Zag Print Bikini

It's a lot harder to convince yourself to buy expensive swim wear when you only wear it a few times a year. The Jovovitch-Hawk collection for Target is out! Though I'm not big on the dresses, they seem a little too voluminous on real life bodies. But this swim wrap is very cute and only $30.

Jersey Kaftan

Last summer sarongs were out and everyone had kaftans as cover ups at the beach! Well, I'm gonna guess that they'll be in again this Summer, mostly because I totally want one. This is is pretty affordable, only £30 or $60 US dollars, and comes in brown or white at Asos.
Now it just needs to be 78 degrees and sunny outside!

Ikat Prints

Ikat, or Ikkat, is a style of weaving that uses a resist dyeing process similar to tie-dye on either the warp or weft before the threads are woven to create a pattern or design. A Double Ikat is when both the warp and the weft are tie-dyed before weaving. It is apart of Spring 08 fashion and the whole boho tech trend. It tends to hand a zig zaggy tribal look to it, but not always. Since it's just coming into style, most the pieces are expensive, but here are some I've found. Also check TopShop for affordable pieces.
